As part of our farm-to-table philosophy our partnership with Four Mile River Farm in Old Lyme, CT provides ZINC with many of the hormone and antibiotic free meats we use in our cooking. This small family farm has been raising stress free animals since 1985. Raising healthy animals means you are getting healthy and high quality ingredients. Four Mile River Farm processes all of their meats on site ensuring that process can continue straight from the farm to your table.
